PlayStation 4 and Xbox One support has been confirmed for Ubisoft’s digital platform, Uplay.
Gamers can expect to enjoy the service for all next-generation versions of Ubisoft’s biggest games, including Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, The Crew and Watch Dogs.
According to Ubisoft, players will be able to enjoy services provided by Uplay using one unique profile when Sony and Microsoft’s next-generation consoles hit stores in November.
Uplay was launched in 2009 alongside Assassin’s Creed II, and allows gamers to connect with other users and earn rewards based on achievements – known as Actions. Each title has four Actions to unlock, upon which the player will be rewarded Uplay points (aka units) to spend on in-game goodies.
Ubisoft recently announced development of Child of Light for current and next-generation consoles.
