GTA V to appear at the New York Film Festival

27 September 2013

Grand Theft Auto V will be presented at the New York Film Festival later this week, Rockstar Games has confirmed.

The critically-acclaimed crime sequel will be treated to a panel on September 29, and will be moderated by members of Rockstar and Adam Sessler. Topics will be focused around the art of storytelling and the development of GTA V.

Furthermore, GTA V composers Tangerine Dream, Woody Jackson, The Alchemist and Oh No will be performing on September 30 at the Church of Saint Paul the Apostle.

Members of the public will also be able to attend a free event on October 1 at the Elinor Bunin Monroe Film Center Amphitheater, which features GTA V’s composers in a discussion about the game’s score.

GTA V is out now on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game generated $800 million on one day, and topped the U.K. All Format Charts in the process, becoming the fastest-selling game of all time.
