September PSN Chart released, GTA V tops The Last of Us as biggest ever digital release

7 October 2013

Sony Europe has lifted the wraps off the official PlayStation Store Chart for September 2013 for your consumption.

Unsurprisingly, we find Grand Theft Auto V leading the pack as far as PlayStation 3 releases go, but that’s not all. Sony confirmed the Rockstar crime opus is now the biggest ever digital release on the format, beating the record previously held by The Last of Us.

Meanwhile, Killzone: Mercenary tops the PlayStation Vita chart, beating out some stiff competition from The Walking Dead and Rayman: Legends. On the PSN game front, nostalgia has obviously appealed to the masses as we find Castle of Illusion: Starring Mickey Mouse in pole position, followed by DuckTales: Remastered.

See below for the full PSN Chart, via the EU PlayStation Blog.
