CD Projekt co-founder Marcin Iwinski has revealed that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will have 36 different endings, proving that player choice will be important factor in the third iteration of the epic action role-playing game series.
Speaking with IGN, Iwinkski believes that it’s the breadth of choice that players have in the game that sets it apart from similar titles in the genre. "All the time, and I think this differentiates us from other games out there. We don't tell you what matters and what doesn't, as your actions in the game speak far louder than words. I mean, there are 36 different endings in Wild Hunt," he said.
Iwinski has also revealed that the game will take approximately 50 hours to complete and 100-120 hours if players take part in side quests. On top of that, players can expect a glorious-looking game after Iwinski revealed that the studio has got close to pushing the PS4 and Xbox One hardware to their limits.
The Witcher 3 is due for release in 2014, though a launch date has yet to be revealed.
