The developer behind Batman: Arkham Knight has said it aims to achieve visual parity for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the upcoming superhero sequel.
Speaking with VideoGamer.com, Rocksteady Studios noted that individual frame rates and resolutions for each format have yet to be solidified.
When asked what frame rate and resolution the company is targeting for Sony and Microsoft’s next-generation systems, Dax Ginn, Brand Marketing Producer, commented:
"We're still working that through. "There's optimisations that are still yet to be done so we'll make an announcement about that [in the future]."
However, Ginn added that the company’s goal "is to deliver parity across all experiences on every platform that we make".
Batman: Arkham Knight is due out on PS4, PC and Xbox One in fall 2014.
