Born Ready Games has announced that Strike Suit Zero: Director’s Cut will be hitting PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in early April.

The space combat romp will set you back £15.99, and arrives on Sony’s latest home console on April 9. The Xbox One release launches a day earlier.

Included in this enhanced port is a completely restructured campaign, fresh ship models, improved texture and lighting, and two extra Strike Suits. Finally, gamers will also be able to enjoy the extra mission, Heroes of the Fleet.

The original Strike Suit Zero was released in January 2013 for PC and Mac, and is the product of a Kickstarter campaign. The project hit its goal of $100,000 in November 2012 and is powered by a proprietary engine named Xed.
