Cel Damage HD – the reimagining of the 2001 vehicle-based namesake – will be unleashed on Sony systems come April 22, developer Finish Line Games has confirmed.
Speaking via its Twitter, the developer verified the much-anticipated news, with the new HD-laden game coming some 13 years after it first shot to fame on PS2, Xbox and GameCube.
Ladies & Gentleman, it's official! Cel Damage HD will be out on April 22 for PS4, PS3, and Vita! http://t.co/zj12cpcl4c— Finish Line Games (@FinishLineGames) April 15, 2014
Cel Damage HD allows players to take the reign of a catalogue of cartoonish characters and have at it in vehicle-based combat – think Twisted Metal, but with a little more colour and with even crazier outcomes. Atop of that, the game will feature a cross-save system, whereby you can share a save across all three Sony platforms that the game appears on.
