Sony will showcase gameplay of the new Uncharted title currently in development for PlayStation 4 at E3 in June.
That’s according to well-known NeoGAF user and Sony insider, Tidux, who revealed on Twitter (via GotGame) that the action-adventure title has been in development for quite some time now.
“Uncharted 4 gameplay at E3. Game has been in the works for almost 3 years,” he wrote.
Uncharted for PS4 was announced in December last year, though little has been shown on the project so far. However, it was recently revealed that the only voice actor attached to the game, Todd Stashwick, is no longer involved with the title.
Developer Naughty Dog has also suffered from a number of departures in recent months, including Amy Hennig, Nate Wells and Justin Richmond.
No release date for the new Uncharted project has been announced as of yet, and it remains unknown if it’ll see the light of day in 2014.
