Klei Entertainment’s enigmatic roguelike, Don’t Starve, is coming to the PlayStation Vita, in an ironically-titled: ‘Giant Edition’.
Including all the PC and PS4 updates thus far – as well as the Reign of Giants expansion – the Vita version will boast multi-levelled caves, the ‘adventure’ mode, and new touch-enabled controls, optimised for the console’s unique skill set.
The Reign of Giants expansion is now in its final stages of development for its PS4, with the release date not far off. ‘’The Reign of Giants expansion adds new seasonal challenges including the torrential rain falls of spring and the blistering heat of summer. You’ll also get new procedurally-generated biomes filled to the brim with new creatures and gatherables that will either help you survive — or kill you. Oh, and Giants,’’ said developer Corey Rollins on the U.S. PlayStation Blog.
No release date’s also been forthcoming for the PlayStation Vita’s version, but you can be sure it’ll release sometime this year.
