The developer behind Battlefield Hardline has confirmed that the PlayStation 4 version of the cops vs robbers shooter will run at 1080p/60ps.
Visceral Games made the announcement in a press release following the game's showcase at E3 this week.
By comparison, last year’s Battlefield 4 performed at 900p on Sony’s next-generation home console, with the Xbox One version clocking in at 720p.
Battlefield Hardline was given the trailer treatment at Electronic Arts press conference yesterday, where it was also confirmed that gamers can participate in a beta for PS4 and PC, starting this week.
The game is scheduled for release in October for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
