The next chapter in the newly-rebooted Tomb Raider franchise could be heading to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in addition to new consoles.
Rise of the Tomb Raider has been listed for Sony and Microsoft’s previous-generation machines on Amazon, suggesting that the game won’t be exclusive to PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One as previously thought.
In addition, the official Xbox website also states the game is heading to Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
Rise of the Tomb Raider, which follows on from the critically-acclaimed reboot released in 2013, was formally announced during Microsoft’s E3 press briefing last Monday. The game is scheduled for release in holiday 2015.
As it stands, publisher Square Enix has yet to make an official announcement in regards to a PS3/Xbox 360 version of Rise of the Tomb Raider, so stay tuned for more info.
