Destiny: The Taken King has received a new patch this week, which among other things kills the ability to spam the Titan's devastating Hammer of Sol attack.
The attack has become something of a nightmare for Guardians in Destiny's PvP event, The Crucible, which sees Titans happily embarking on Hammer of Sol rampages by spamming their attack rapidly, leaving nothing but a trail of bodies in their wake. However, with the arrival of this new hot fix, things have now changed.

For those who haven't been keeping up with Bungie's shared-world shooter, the Hammer of Sol is one of many new attacks that come with The Taken King, with each Guardian type receiving a brand new subclass. In the case of the Titan, the Hammer of Sol comes as part of the new Sunbreaker subclass.
Curious as to what else has been tweaked? Of course you are, fellow Guardian. Check out a full list below.

Destiny: The Taken King was released a few weeks ago for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360. The expansion introduces a wealth of changes to the shared-world shooter, including the aforementioned new levelling system, where your character's level and Light Level are two separate entities. The content was well-received, topping the U.K. All Format Charts upon release and selling the majority of copies on the PS4.
In addition to revamping the levelling system, The Taken King also introduces a new Guardian subclass for each character type (Titan, Warlock and Hunter), and implements a brand new Raid.New exotic weapons have also been added, and tweaks have been made to the Nightfall/Heroic Strike playlist.
PSU has been offering a wealth of guides for The Taken King, so be sure to follow the links below to give you a helping hand.
