Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has officially announced Batman: Return to Arkham for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One after months of rumors.
As previously leaked, the bundle will come with high-definition remasters of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, which originally hit PlayStation 3 back in 2009 and 2011, respectively.
Due out from July 29, 2016, Return to Arkham is being handled by studio Virtuos and will make use of the Unreal Engine 4, allowing for enhanced visual capabilities and other improvements over the PS3 versions.
In addition, both Arkham Asylum and Arkham City’s current-gen ports will include all available downloadable content and extras featured in the Game of the Year Edition versions of the original releases.
Batman: Arkham Origins, which was developed by Warner Bros. Montreal, is not included in the collection. Check out a trailer for Batman: Return to Arkham below.
