Sony Interactive Entertrainment Korea appear to have something PaRappa the Rapper related being kept under wraps.
A rating filed under ‘game content’ by the Korean Game Rating Board has emerged today, suggesting that there could be a new game in the franchise in development, or being considered.
The rap-based, musical rhythm game stole the hearts of PlayStation gamers when it was released on the original console in 1997. In the game, players had to follow button prompts on the screen to pull off the perfect rap from an array of colorful characters.
PaRappa the Rapper 2 was later released on PlayStation 2 in 2002, with the game being made available in 2015 via download on the PlayStation Network.
