Bungie has flicked the reset switch on Destiny's servers for another week, which means Guardians have a fresh set of challenges to face.

Destiny Nightfall

An old classic returns for this week's Nightfall, with players facing off against The Will of Crota from The Dark Below. You'll also have to contend with modifiers Arc Burn, Small Arms, Grounded, and Ironclad. Alternatively, if the Nightfall doesn't tickle your fancy, you can opt for the Heroic Strike playlist, which features Void Burn, Brawler, and Ironclad modifiers.

Crucible Playlists

Mayhem Rumble, Freelance 6v6

Wrath of the Machine Raid Challenge

Prepare to face off against Aksis for this week's challenge, Guardians.

Destiny was released in September 2014 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. The game has been supported by four major expansions, namely The Dark Below, House of Wolves, The Taken King, and Rise of Iron. In addition, Bungie also launched a series of time-based events to keep players entertained, including the Sparrow Racing League and the aforementioned Festival of the Lost.

Rise of Iron was released a few months back and includes a host of new content, including extra story missions, armor, weapons, plus a brand new raid to get stuck into. Those of you who haven’t yet made the jump to Bungie’s space shooter would do well to pick up Destiny: The Collection, which features the base game plus all available downloadable content.

Looking beyond this year, Activision has confirmed that a full-fledged sequel to Destiny is currently in development and will launch at some point in 2017. Be sure to check out some leaked Destiny 2 artwork here.

Sony confirmed during the PlayStation Experience keynote that a new batch of content will arrive this month in the shape of Destiny: The Dawning, which adds a new Sparrow Racing League, weapons, and more.
