New Final Fantasy XIII countdown promises a lot

Countdowns are starting to feel as though they're the norm for the gaming industry. Whether it's to announce a horror title like Siren or revealing more tantalizing information around Final Fantasy XIII, publishers are picking up the trend like it's going out of style.
If you're a fan of them, though, this is certainly a countdown worth remembering. Square Enix has started a 6+ day countdown on both their European and North American websites for FFXIII and both are set to expire on January 28.
Just what is it counting down to exactly? Well, according to a cryptic message by Square Enix, "a new vision will soon be revealed to the world." Still, we’re at a loss as to what this could mean.
We're hoping it'll be a nice taste of gameplay or a more definitive release schedule. Stay tuned for more information.

Guess what square enix? I dont give a ....
I dont even wait for any of your games. Developing one game for ages!
Maybe u should put all ur resourses and work on one project rather than do 10 different ones that takes ages to come out.
I hope u will go bankrupt

@2 If you don't care about the game, then please don't bother posting this kind of cr*p again. No-one cares if you don't want to buy square-enix games anymore. Stop complaining already. Just because it's going to be released on the 360 doesn't mean it's going to be bad. And everyone knows that SE are the masters of delay.
On topic: I hope that it will be gameplay footage and a solid release date for every region.

It is kinda hard to get exited about a game that isn't coming until 2010. @2 makes a good point though SE spreads their resources to thin and devolpes way too many games at once. It's not about personal vision like in the Chrono Trigger days, it's just about making money. That's why FF7 has spawned about 50 sequels and prequals that are garbage. I know a company's main goal is to make money but they should still provide a quality product.

Well I'd rather have the 1st, since it'd take AGES for them to make new games if they put all teams together for 1 superb game. Too much people doesn't equal better actually.
