Ace Combat: Joint Assault heading to the PSP

Namco Bandai announced today a new flight-action game for the PlayStation Portable. Ace Combat: Joint Assault will let you pilot more than 40 fully licensed aircrafts in latest game in the Ace Combat series. The game will feature fast-paced dogfights, fantastic new visuals, real-world locations, and multiplayer options.
The game is being developed by Project Aces, and features locations like Tokyo, San Francisco, and London. The enemy A.I. is said to be very dynamic, changing based on your decisions made in the campaign.
Four players can join forces in the campaign mode, featuring the Joint Assault Mission System. You can break off into two teams and simultaneously complete objectives on two separate maps. Completed objectives will have an impact on the entire game. The game also features intense eight-player competitive matches.
The game is slated for a summer release in Asia, followed by a release elsewhere sometime this year.

I'm not into simulators, I preger M.A.G on my psp
and I mean the planes games on the psp, not the mag for ps3

lol Ace Combat is far from a simulator. It is about as arcadey as can be. Always loved the series and will pick this one up if its made right. AC6 was pretty good but not what I wanted it to be overall. I'd like some real PS3 action with 32 player dogfights and atleast 8 player co-op. Flying in formation into a mission with a bunch of buddies using flight sticks would be awesome.

I must say, WOOOOOOHHHHHOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Finally Ace Combat is coming back to PLAYSTATION, well at least to PSP. But still to a PlayStation Gaming machine!

Ace Combat is my favorite series, ever. I'll probably pick this up, but Namco need to make one for the PS3.

Namco instead making that awfull sequell of dead to rights should be doing a new Ace Combat for the next gen consoles! i know that Ace Combat 6 on the x360 wasnt that lucrative but doing an average Dead to Rights game wont help being lucrative either! (in my opinion)

The ace combat is as much as a simulator as mag is.... which is not at all.
And I highly doubt the PSP could handle a game like M.A.G.

Ace Combat is a good series,and the last psp entry was stellar,so i'll keep my eyes on this one for a localization.
