    If you've already unlocked the next island, start a new save, find a bike, and drive it into the subway (you'll see stairs leading underground at various locations on the sidewalk). Drive on the tracks into the next island and you'll get a 6 star wanted level. Just chill for 5 minutes because the cops can't get you!

    Oddly enough, i think it's easier to stay alive when you're on foot... ditch the car and keep in the alleys and on the sidewalks, spraying anyone with your gun who gets in the way
