I think the only one that is a bit hard it clearing the game in Professional. Sheevas AI seems more stupid and she reacts slower when you are dying. Ohhh and fighting Wesker and Jill can be hard because Sheeva kept on dying, I even killed Jill quite a few times because she was annoying hahaha.
