I thought this would be hard to get but I got it randomly when spraying on a mob of zombies jumping down a ladder. :P

another good way to get this trophy is in the mercs mode. go to the village level with the tribal majini, theses guys love to use a jump attack, when they do this it gives you a button to press in order to dodge it. dont. instead use a shotgun and get a head shot. thats how i did it, and it was not that hard.
