This one can be a bit tricky when doing the Holar Tower map since there's a guy you have to protect and he rushes into a room which gets flooded by Chimeras.

 

The thing I did was to play unranked games cause people there normally know what they are doing and the teamwork is much better there. I tried it a number of times and we failed each time on this map when I played Ranked games, but switching to Unranked it took me no time at all, we only failed the map once.

 

What you want to do is use Ring of Life and shields to protect the guy, and shoot all the rods in the beacon as fast as you can because once they are gone he will leave the room and run to a more safer place.
