He cares about making a buck on this forum, nothing more in my opinion. I emailed him about this and he hasn't responded. I'll give them 12h's then I'm posting how to block ads and how to block advertisers from tracking you in that thread.
He only thought it was unrelated because he didn't have an open mind, and was pissed because he assume my post meant sony = bad. That's all it was. As you can see, none of the people that flamed me were penalized at all. Then someone had the nerve to say nothing ever happens to me lol.

Infractions don't expire... I believe some of the infraction records were lost after the VBulleting update, so if the infraction was issued before the update there is a good chance it was lost. I only see a warning on your profile and those do expire.
Perma ban if its towards me, someone else its a slap in the hand ;). lol jk, but in all seriousness it would be your first violation, so a user note would be given to your account and a private warning. Anything after that will be official warnings/infractions with temp bans.
well you do get temp ban after so many points, but the big perma ban comes right after a few broken rules, it all depends how bad the member is to the community. :)
