Since when does the plural form of a noun use an apostrophe? lol

Now you have to shoot yourself, as per the video, for making that mistake.

When you're describing the ownership, in which case, you would place the apostrophe after the "s" in "Grammar nazis". A common mistake is that people add an extra "s" afterwards which is redundant.

Ja, when you're describing ownership, but it's the subject (or owner) that gets the apostrophe, not the item of possession. Also, in the possessive case, the apostrophe comes before the "S". :P

    Ghost's post.

Edit: Ahhh I see your point. Yeah the apostrophe would come after the s in nazis as it's plural.

The grammar nazis' anal need for grammar perfection!

Yes, if it's one person. But you were asking when the plural form of a noun uses an apostrophe, as in something that is composed of more than one member i.e. Grammar nazis. So the apostrophe, in this case, would come at the end.

Example: Nazis' enigma machine sells for world record price.

EDIT: I just saw that you edited your post. >.<

It maybe correct but it looks dumb and so does adding a stop after quotations.

But it's still correct. Good grammar and punctuation is all about helping to get your message across in a neat and coherent manner. I'm sorry, but "it looks dumb" is a terrible excuse. You wouldn't say Steam Users's Forums because it's simply wrong (which you know) and Steam User's Forums would defeat the purpose of the forums being targeted to more than one person. Fair enough if you don't live in the West and are having a hard time learning the English language but you don't seem to be one of those people.

    Maybe is actually a word.
No idea why you split that sentence into 2.

Both are correct. You just didn't use one properly.

"He may be late to this boring meeting."

    "Maybe it will stop raining."

    Common mistake though.

It's is a shortened version of "it is" (or "it has" in certain circumstances) and its' is just wrong. "its" is correct because it is a pronoun, not a noun, and, like other possessive pronouns ( his, hers, yours, and theirs ), is written without that particular bit of punctuation.
