Well troops, it's that time of year again. Silly season, Santa's birthday etc. Last year's offerings were pretty disappointing so hopefully this year's will be better! I think Sony may owe something after a rather lackluster (disclaimer: personal opinion only) PS Plus this month. So, without further ado:

01-02 December: Rise of the Tomb Raider 20th Anniversary Edition - £21.99

Rimmsey score: 4/5. Cracking game at a price undercutting Amazon by a couple of quid - good start!

03-04 December: Fallout 4 - £17.99

Rimmsey score: 2/5. Great game but everyone who is a fan likely has the game already. If you've been waiting it's a blast but is cheaper elsewhere
Better deal than on steam, almost half price. Seems they are learning how to do digital deals.
Here's hoping! I already have this game but might be lucky enough to grab a good deal in the later ones

Sorry guys, bit slow!

Deal no 3 (already expired) was Dishonored 2

Deal 4 : Skyrim special edition £22.99.

Rimmsey score 3/5. Good game at a decent price. Well worth it if you've never taken the plunge but I got a bit Skyrim'd out on PS3. Overall seems like Sony UK are finally getting the idea of what the word sale means!

09-10 December: Battlefield 1 £32.99

Rimmsey score: 5/5. FPS's aren't my thing personally but for those that do enjoy them this is a seriously good price for a relatively new game. (For comparison it's £40 on Amazon)

11-12 December: Uncharted 4 £19.99

Rimmsey score: 5/5. The latest game from one of, if not the, defining franchise for PS. If you haven't got this one yet it would be rude not to at this price! (Amazon comparison £29.99)

That Russian leak seems to be accurate. Can't wait for FFV. Any discount should do - hoping for a 30-45% one though as NZ PSN prices are 20-30 more expensive than physical.

Yes - they are also for those that fall under the UK store - e.g. Australia and NZ.

13-14 December: Titanfall 2 £24.99

Rimmsey score: It's another 5/5. A recent highly rated game for a really good price. Sony are knocking it out of the park with these deals so far (Amazon comparison £42.99)

Next one's up: Call of duty infinite warfare £34.99

Rimmsey score 2/5: Meh, okay if you like these ones (I know many do) but if you need to scratch your CoD itch it's a fiver cheaper on amazon

The prices seems good, but till now all the games there are totally without interest for my taste...This Christmas offer of 12 games ruins dlc's and some digital games offers. I mean must wait to finish to have some chances to find the rest of the games and dlc's that i need in lower price.

17-19 December: FIFA 17 £32.99

Rimmsey Score 3.5/5. Another recent and well reviewed game for a good price. Docked it half a point as I have zero interest in sports games (well it is a Rimmsey score!) Amazon price comparison £41.08

I feel like an idiot missing TF 2 sale. so 3 sales left. There are only watch dogs left as a huge runner up... I don't think anything else. Maybe a VR pack or something.

It's fine. Not really missing anything with TF2. Same old tropes that the developers use for Master difficulty (like CoD's Veteran). Not really any different save for robots. Still samey "walk past this invisible line to progress lest the enemies spawn and spawn (not unlimited like CoD but similar still)".

Best renting it out and playing on Easy or something. Story is really short.

Only real value I would say might be in the multiplayer.

Apparently the last 3 will be [ deleted ] Someone leaked the full list a while ago and it's been accurate thus far. If Sony do make a decision to change it I would love to see some VR titles

19-21 Grand Theft Auto 5: £24.99.

Rimmsey score 2/5. Great game at what seems to be a reasonable price but overall a bit of a strange choice given the fact that this one was released a fair bit longer ago than the others and was a previous gen remaster anyway, albeit a decent one. Let's face it, there are amoeba on Saturn who have completed this game by now. Can be had for a bit more with multiplayer 'credit cards' if that's your thing. Cheaper than amazon (about £7 or so currently) but still a bit of a leftfield choice and probably the low point thus far.

Beats me @Shingo, maybe people are buying multiple copies to try and persuade Rockstar to get on with the next instalment

I just read the new again to confirm. It is Turkish source so it is meaningless to put in here but one can always google if want to confirm.

Gta v have been top ten 130 out of 170 weeks it's been out. And 6 million retail only sold in UK alone.

21-23 December: Watch Dogs 2 £29.99.

Rimmsey score 2/5. Could have given it a bit higher but not feeling generous today. The game itself, although miles better than the original, is not spectacular and can be scored for a couple of quid less on amazon. It seems like the leaked list had been true so we should see FFXV in 2 days time

Can't wait for Ff deal. 30£ will be meaningless since the game is not expensive atm. 20 £ is a steal so it is probably around 25
