After I saved money by canceling my PS+ subscription, now I can't spend them.

I'm trying to buy the Fallout 4 season pass and I get error WC-40382-7. Removed the card and re-entered it and still the same error. I added my paypal account and I get the same error.

Same, I just tried buying The last of us and keep getting wallet info incorrect, tried multiple times but says same error. Must be a PSN wide glitch because only a few days ago I bought Ratchet and Clank.

Good to know the problem is not my end, because I literally had nothing else to try.
Contacted my bank too to check my info and account traffic, and they didn't see anything off.

I hope they'll sort it out soon.

I think the last time I had an issue was on the PS3. I'm either lucky or don't buy stuff as often as you.

Still the same problem. Although while I was fiddling with the wallet just now I got a maintenance message. Fingers crossed.

Now I get error e-8200012c.

I was fiddling with my SEN account on the web browser and all of a sudden it worked to add $4 to my wallet. Tried to add the rest of the money for the season pass the same way and it stopped working again. wth!

Haha. Thanks Shingo!

I've been trying to buy the season pass since the 27th of April. I was hoping I would succeed by the weekend but no cigar.

Edit:
Just talked with PS support. Thankfully they gave some insight. My bank (Nordea) has a security feature were I have to enable "unsafe internet purchases for 1 hour" for my card using the bank app on the phone. Very easy to do but very easy to forget to do too.

Now if you like me forgot to do it with the first try and you try to buy something on the PS Store, the bank refuses the transaction and Sony locks the account for 48 hours for some reason. You can't just "enable unsafe purchases" and try again. You have to wait 48 hours. Will update on Wednesday.

48hours passed and I still can't purchase shit. I got the same message wrong credit card info.
Changed the info for the millionth time and then I got a rain of different error messages. "We can't add funds right now", "the network is under maintenance", and lastly, "this feature is temporarily unavailable, please try again later". I got this while trying to access my wallet on the PS4 settings. So in other words, my wallet aka my credit card details are temporarily unavailable. That's it. I'm cursed.

Thanks man. I actually googled up a similar website. Then I thought why am I not taking a stroll downtown tomorrow and just buy a PSN card. So I'm doing that, and then can Sony take their time fixing the credit card issue.
