When I connect to a live agent I always get an automated message saying "I see you have contacted us a lot in the past" and this is only because they can't resolve my issue, and help me get my account back. When I ask for help they then send another message saying "To maintain the security of this account, I cannot make any further changes". I'm confused as to why this issue still hasn't been resolved 6 months later... I first got this message in NOVEMBER! It is now MAY of 2021, and still haven't gotten any help. Playstation's live support always sends me the same automated message, and there twitter just doesn't respond to my questions.
