Installed..... kicked off GT5 for a quick online session, when I logged in to PSN I got a notice to setup - AUTO GAME SAVE UPLOADS TO ONLINE STORAGE FOR PS+ MEMBERS!!!!
Trust me, after a PS3 dying this is a killer backup feature. No more need for at home PS3 backup media.
Yeah it's a great feature.
And nope. Still can't sync my trophies. Even tried deleting my PSN account and loading it again and now i get a different error. What the hell Sony..
Thats why I like the achievement system on the 360. You dont have to worry about that nonsense. The achievement just goes automatically to your Gamerscore and you dont have to do anything.
It finally worked after a week plus of nonsense. After i loaded up my PSN account i got a new error. Tried it a couple more times and it loaded up to 38% then 48% before getting an error. Third time it loaded up to like 20% and then instantly finished.. and everything is good now.
Makes no sense to me but glad it worked itself out. Sony needs to get the little things like that ironed out.
Hmmm auto gamesave uploads to the cloud could be the deciding factor I've been waiting for to actually buy PS+. The £40 has gotta be worth the piece of mind that if your console broke down, all your saves are still available from the cloud....

But I bet MS put patents all over this feature that Sony need to work around.
Apparently they reappear after some time but mine haven't. Not like I used them anyway.
oh ok fair enough, its just that its the only way i get tv in my shed...i live at the bottom of my garden, yes i know, my parents must hate me!
No need to get panicked about them vanishing They are just desktop short cuts link what you have on your PC desktop you can still browse to them in the browser even if they never reappear
I'm guessing you can still use the web-based BBC iPlayer if you want to.
