Mine is downloaded and waiting at home. I took a cheeky look this morning before coming into work just to make sure it was there and then set the Theme on my and my son's profile (so when he logs on later it will fire up to this new theme, which he's not expecting).

Anyway, looking forward to playing it later!

then you know what i'm talking about. how much more work you got to do so they can learn ect
They are smarter in areas that normal people fall behind in. Simple things for me are hard for them, where hard things for me is simple for them. To them, I am autistic.

This game is definitely living up to the hype for me. It's really something special. There's so much content in this game and it doesn't feel like padded filler content. They've set the bar high for themselves with future titles in the series.

so ur saying a special need person saying to other special need a retard. is inappropriate/rude. its like saying black people are racist for using the N word
How about just don't say it? I don't care if you have autism or any other mental developmental disorder.

Me and a friend went 50/50 with this game. I'm not entirely hating it.
I'm not a fan of the over the shoulder camera (although I get the need for it), not a fan of the axe (it's funtional, but not enjoyable for me to use), and his son is 50/50 on being helpful and being annoying. Visually the game looks really good, and it runs smoothly. I haven't seen any major FPS dips on a standard PS4 as of yet. The upgrade tree reminds me of more recent titles such as Horizon Zero Dawn. I have no comment on the story thus far. The brutality is still present, but imo it's not on the same scale as GOW 3 from what I have seen thus far.

Its pointless to compare it to the other games. Its much better regardless of how it compares to the old games. I am 15 hours in and it really opens up for combat and exploration. If you keep comparing it to GOW3 then you will never fully appreciate or enjoy the game. Brutality is still there but it is more about experimentation and finding ways to kill enemies in a brutal way. Its clear that you are still early in so keep playing and get used to the changes. The camera angle makes this game a much better experience. The axe is a great weapon as it adds more versatility and offers some great puzzles, but you are in for a surprise weapon wise. Judging a game so early is a bad decision. Just saying.

There can be comparison made with the past games since the focal character is still the same. It's not like the game entirely discarded everything from the Greek Saga. That is something I will be doing going throughout the game regardless. The camera angle for you is fine. For some people it has created some issues. At the end of the day, even if I end up hating this game as an overall product, I do believe it's a solid game.

I think the true testament of a great game is when you decide to replay it from start to finish and still find you enjoy it. It could be that this new God of War will eventually join the ranks of Resident Evil 2, Chrono Trigger, Super Mario 64 and other masterpieces, because of the way some people respond to any criticism for it.

This game will take me forever to complete. I only just got to the top of the mountain. I spend so much time faffing about in boats and little islands and stuff.

Fabulous game though! I just wish it didn't run my PS4 Pro so hot. Fans sound like a bloody boeing at times.
