Yeah I don't know where to ask this but I got the Genji Glove after I beat Attacus (the mean Cieth)! I hate him!

Killing him was a miracles. Anyway the stuff said it's able to deal more than 99,999 damage. I upgraded it, used it and nothing happened? so what! does the 999999 damage happen randomly or something like that? xD

The glove just removes the damage cap - it doesn't give you the means to achieve that damage. To do that you need to use upgraded weapons and have your Crystarium maxed out.

Hope this helps.

I guess this glove is the only way to obtain the trophy asking you to do more than 100,000 in a single attack?

Summons can break it without having the glove equipped.

I used Bahamut on a staggered enemy (those big wolf-type things, forgot the name) in Chapter 11 to do it.
