I stopped by the Sony Store (#54) after work, and they had 3 kiosks set up (well 2 were in front of a couch in the video game area, and 1 was on the other side of the store.) The guy in the store was saying that they were 1 of 3 Sony stores to have their setups complete today, with others setting up shop this week and weekend.
The demos (that I can remember) were Knack, FIFA, Octodad, Sound Shapes... and a few others.
Unfortunately, I didn't get many pics before my phone died. (I got into playing Knack) Which is a lot more difficult than it looks! It was basically the same 5 level demo we saw on Jimmy Fallon.
I was most impressed with the DS4 though. A major improvement over the DS3. I never had an issue with the DS3 but now, it feels inadequate lol. The DS4 feels very solid, and feels good in the hands (IMO). It has a nice weight to it, and the buttons feel very good when you press them. And the analog sticks feel awesome! The overall build quality easily exceeds that of the DS3.
The UI is very responsive and is multi-tiered in columns... and content was separated by level (PS4, PS3, Vita, PSN, etc. Although, that could have just been for demo mode.
The actual consoles were locked in a box under the TVs, and dummy PS4 cases sitting out on pedestals (chained down).
Ultimately what I managed to do is make my 29 day wait even harder.

, but it was worth the trip which was on my way home anyway.
