Looks awesome! I'm glad it was more than just an updated UI and they have actually expanded greatly on the feature set. Looking forward to the launch of the PS5.

I actually really like that pip.
It seems particularly useful for when my buddies and i are playing Warzone. Our callouts can be kinda crap "he's over here", or "i downed him behind that rock". It would be nice just to glance and see where the hell they are looking, or what rock, in a sea of rocks, they are talking about lol.
Other games like Warframe can really benefit from that in-game help thing, coz oh boi does their own in game help thing kinda suck ass. They are pretty community centric, and i wouldn't doubt the community would come forward to make that content on their behalf if they wanted to.

Yeah, the PiP where you can see your friends screen was a nice touch. Especially useful in these times. I really like the "help" function, it would be really good if it worked for most games so you dont have to check that kind of stuff out on another device. I really wanna see what they have done with the store, how it is organised etc.
