For is to be released for $60 and then on launch day there is a $50 Car pass pack for 60 cars packs will be released every month durning the first week of the month. I think they should have just added those cars into the game day one. Im all for DLC just not day one I feel the same about BF4 premium but those are entirely new maps weapons vehicles and game modes.

Maybe they should look into what Polyphony Digital do and just slap in over a thousand cars be it the top end model or the older generation model, at least the cars are there for use!

the game better come with double the amount of cars offered in the DLC for it to not look so offensive!

That's terrible news if true (which I'm sure it is). I am dead against these day one DLCs! I also hate the other model of 'premium' cars versus non-premium. You shouldn't have to pay for something which should come as standard in the game (in either case). Gamers won't accept being nickle and dimed!

This isn't any different than any other DLC for all the other games that do it. It's basically a season pass. You're not getting ALL the DLC day one. You'll be getting a certain amount of cars for a length of time. Moving along.

Wow, combine this with everything from before SONY kicked them in the teeth and you can really see what Microsoft had in store for gaming and how they really feel. Here's the cars so far. Sounds like I pay $50 for the best cars, not that there aren't some great ones built into the game. The euro day one deal for those who get Forza 5 make out well though.
No way. Forza is gonna sell some xbox-ones.
Not to me, and I'm one of the biggest Forza fans out there. At one point in time I had my name all over the top 10 rankings for both Forza 2 and Forza 3 at the same time.

But I'm not touching Forza 4. No way. It's WAY too expensive now, especially since I play with a wheel. To play Forza 4 on the Xbox One I would need to spend over $1,000, and that's just not going to happen. $500 for the console, another $400+ for the wheel, another $60 for the game, and now another $50 for the DLC. Total price for Forza 4 = $1010+.

Sorry, not going to happen.

Wow, what a rip off. Not surprised though. Forza Horizon (diffrent dev but T10 was still involved with the game and MS published) had the same crap. A season pass that cost almost as much as the game itself. Just goes to show what MS thinks of their Xbox fans.

Lol, then be ready to get shocked man, this $50 is just valid till march 2014 :D:D

Each Car Pack will include ten cars, and the first will arrive alongside Forza 5 at launch on November 22. Subsequent packs will be available the first week of every month, starting in January 2014 and running through March 2014.
So in summary, with 110 you only have probably half of the game :D

Enjoy Forza btw, I am enjoying by not buying and belittling it :D

Guess that goes for any dev that releases season pass dlc/dlc; battlefield 4. Cod ghosts, etc.
What would delaying the game do to solve this? Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
I was wondering that too. When I first read the thread title I thought maybe T10 was having some type of technical problems with the game.

Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Intalia wheel = $399.99

And that's the cheap one. The Mad Catz wheel which is not out yet is expected to be higher.

That's a deal breaker for me. I'll stick to my Logitch G27 and hope the PS4 supports it. If not and the PS4 also has $400+ wheel options I'll just stick to PC for my sim racing.

Yeah, Forza 5. It was early and I was undercaffinated.

Of course now that I'm wide awake, if you want to be pedantic I left out the sales tax. Make the total price of playing Forza 5 with a wheel closer to $1,100.

I'm confused, they're not calling it the season pass?

How many cars do you get with the game anyway? If it is standard then this should be no big deal.

As far as season passes go on Battlefield your fully aware of what you'll be buying. In the first 10 pack only 1 car has been named according to ign it's the Laferraria the other 59 cars haven't been named. This is why i think it should be delayed also that it only offers cars no tracks. Cars that could have been easily put in the game this is next gen. I think Turn 10 is putting too much value in cars and should've pushed for more tracks or game modes. $110 then after March 2014 iI bet 9/10 games would have been happer with extra tracks and features rather than 60 cars.

Is there not going to be an adapter for 360 wheels?

Because it does not include tracks? this one is a car pass for 4 months, not include anything beside cars.
Because it does not include tracks? this one is a car pass for 4 months, not include anything beside cars.
Yeah I agree. I was always disappointed when T10 wouldn't do stuff like track packs. Car packs are cool but it gets old when thats all there is.
