If your talking visuals only, that vid is being compressed to hell, even with 1080p streaming...But if talking gameplay, then yeah video quality isn't affecting that

FH2 is amazing with realtimr physics and effects. If they treat this game with good DLC like F5 you will have an awe arcade racer.
