I like the setting and the environment of the series -- I just can't get myself to like the characters or care for them.

I do need to finish the first and the second before I think of getting this. (I've got 'em, just haven't been motivated enough to finish them.)

I've always liked the trailers, the games however have both left me disappointed in the community who praises them. I just can't seem to get their appeal... other than mindless slaughter which is good I guess.
