GTA poking fun at Halo?

Has anyone seen the television show in GTAIV where the characters seem to resemble Master Chief? Is GTA making fun of the Halo series?

Yes, Bas is hilarious. I couldn't believe he was on the game at first. Really the TV thing was a good idea. Hopefully, there will be downloadable updates for both that and the (so far) lame radio stations.

You can watch T.V in Roman's Apartment (Your first safehouse). I have yet to see that T.V show. Should watch more T.V in a game.

Note: I haven't gotten that far with the story mode, so I don't know if you can watch it any other places.
