How are you affected by Windows 10 'opt-out' scheme?

For example: opting to schedule restarts upon windows updates? (opting out of them being automatic).

I'm installing win10 on family's computers (which is taking a long time due to updating windows 7), so I'm interested in hearing your experiences.

Some of the control aspects of the OS, I am not pleased with. I have set my freakin' wifi/lan connections to "mobile connections" so that it doesn't auto update everything whenever it wants to. I also don't let it restart after an update.

The "Home" version is so limited as to what it allows users to control.

Really haven't noticed anything. (Time on computer has been quite limited lately.)
I do shutdown my machine every evening so it does get plenty of opportunities for update.
