Didn't feel like making a thread so I'll leave this here:
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition is free on the 3DS eShop this weekend. Nintendo tweeted as much today, saying the offer is good through February 2.

The game is a re-issue of the multiplayer version of Four Swords that was packed in with the GameBoy Advance port of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Unlike the original multiplayer-only game, 3DS owners have a single player component in which they can collect rupees and slash at enemies.

Four Swords arrived on the eShop for DSi and 3DS owners in September 2011, and was made available for free until late February 2012. So yes, Nintendo is giving away a game that they've given away before, but we're not ones to complain about free things.

Eh, if you post it more 3DS owners will no doubt notice it. I was just lazy. :]

Cool. I'm hoping we'll see more Game Boy Advance games on the 3DS eShop though. It only seems fair if the Wii U eShop is getting SNES games.
Downloading now. Never played this title. Is it any good?
Well, it's more of a Zelda multiplayer-mini game, has a lot of the dungeon puzzle aspects in it as well however it doesn't actually have a story.

I can never seem to want to finish a Zelda game. A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Oracle of Ages or The Wind Waker. I've only played Four Swords for two hours and don't care enough to continue.

I've never beat one either and I've played MANY. Zelda 1, Zelda 2, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess, and A Link Between Worlds - off the top of my head.

I beat two dungeons in A Link Between Worlds, and while awesome, I don't find myself going back. I go to Pokemon instead.
