Bay is D grade director
Snyder is a C grade director

They could have gotten someone alot better.
DC doesnt give a shit about their movie IPs imo.

At Comic-Con Marvel goes all out with the announcements and DC just announces the only movies we are getting in the next 3 years are Batman and Superman. Pathetic!!

It has some promise, I think, with Hans Zimmer as the composer and Christopher Nolan having written the script. Not a fan of Zack Snyder though so we'll see...

Someone else might say Marvel milk their IPs.

There is no way in hell to tell if this will be good, or just flop.

I'll wait till later to pass judgement.

I'm afraid you are, Lethal. I was bored to death by the first hour of the movie. There was hardly anything happen. Superman doesn't throw a punch in that one!!

Shorter version compared to Comic-Cons, even though its a teaser it did bring a bit of hope. So we'll see what happens in December.

I loved the Deadliest Catch comment I heard the other day.

Waited for HD releases before watching bootleg versions of the trailers, and I have to say that I absolutely love them! I love the music, composition and tone they've gone for with this film already. It already looks like it's going to be great, so I hope it doesn't end up being a flop. Hoping for great things with this new film.

Those people would be wrong.
Marvel are doing the exact amount they should.
Hell! I would take even more. I would love a Black Panther movie.

An interesting trailer, Hanz Zimmer on board can only mean a good soundtrack.

I've heard the teaser is nothing like the trailer. I don't know if TDKR has a trailer for Man of Steel as opposed to this teaser...

Could be, I don't think Man of Steel is shot in IMAX. IMAX only shows trailers for movies shot for that. Then again, the person I heard it from only saw it in IMAX (from what I know) so... I don't know. Maybe that screening just didn't have it.

DC needs to step it up EVERY Marvel movie is a blockbuster you can always bank on it like those pixar movies. My little bro is a huge comic fan and is mostly disappointed with DC offerings

The thing DC needs to do is take more risks with more of their characters. Usually, it doesn't always work out (Jonah Hex, Green Lantern) but that's because they don't know how to find proper directors. Dark Knight trilogy and the new Superman movie are probably the best thing DC has. They need more character movies. I wanna see one for Martian Manhunter, The Flash. They're finally making a Justice League though.

The truth of the matter is the DC superheroes aren't as interesting as the Marvel ones. Batman and Superman (Even Superman looks a bit stupid with his costume)..that's about it. The others are just stupid..I mean Wonderwoman? Come on !!

Batman
Superman
Flash
Wonder Woman
Green Lantern
Aquaman
Hawk Man
Martian Manhunter
Many others you may have never heard of like Booster Gold and Jonah Hex.

I personally think a Flash movie could be fantastic if done well. Most people dont know his origin or villains so right there is something fresh and if they made it somewhat serious but with lots of humor like Iron Man it could do well.
I think Justice league would be their best option as a next film
They can't get a Superman movie off the ground and you want a full blown JL movie?

He wears a latest suit from head to toe, shoots webs from his hand, and comes quipped with one-liners... no to mention the name Spider, Man. Think about it.

Oh by the way, Marvel has Fantastic Four. End of discussion. Whether you like it or not, DC has that two biggest icons. If it wasn't for Downey no one would care about Iron Man.
