That Naughty Bear will be embarking upon a pirate-themed adventure in new downloadable content for the scare 'em up, developer Artificial Mind and Movement--don't call them 'A2M,' it only encourages them--has announced. The 'Chapter 9' DLC will add four new challenges with buccaneers, treasure and great acts of violence, featuring new characters Admiral Giggles, The Pirates and The Dread Pirate Bearbeard. Naughty Bear will be able to expand his wardrobe with new costumes and hats, as well as wield a cutlass with "unique ultra-kill capabilities."
Chapter 9 will be released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 "by the end of September," priced at $4.99 (400 Microsoft Points; a bit over half a gold doubloon).

It drops at the end of this month, i don't think there is an exact date. Also i'm sure not a lot of people have even played this game but it was one of my most enjoyable gaming experiences this generation. A total sleeper hit. So i figured i'd drop the news. They've already released free DLC before this. A nice gesture in a gaming age where we are nickle and dimed constantly.
