You don't have to hope. Virtua Fighter 5 makes your DOA game feel like DuckTales Adventures.

Even VF4 has better gameplay than the whole DOA series combined. Of course, that's just me. I prefer a more realistic with hard-to-pull-off-combos-which-give-you-more-satisfaction than a pick-up-and-play game like DOA. I think Itagaki should stick to doing Ninja Gaiden and 3d porn, I mean, DOA Xtreme Beach Volleyball.

VF5 doesn't look too hot but is the gameplay that matters.

The game looks no better than Tekken 3 or Dead or Alive 4. And the charactes move very mechanical like just like in the other games. I see none of the realistic Physics the PS3 promised to deliver.

You can tell that guy knows squat about Virtua Fighter 5 and the PS3 for that matter.

You do know that this game is basicaly a port from the arcade version right? I think this game will be trounced graphically by Tekken 6 as it will be the true representation of the fighting genre on the PS3.

Tekken 3? You must be blind. Dead or Alive 4 is eye-candy, but in no way as detailed as Virtua Fighter 5. And as for the realistic physics, well... it all depends on the developers. Hey PS3 did promise to deliver, but didn't say when.
