True, but man no matter what reason there's no excuse for giving a cheap shot like that. Definite DQ, i remeber Heath Hearring knocked some asian dude out cold at when he kissed him on the touching of the gloves. Now that's different..

Yeah that was great for Overeem. Now Fedor has to get past Werdum so those two can fight. However, most people are predicting Fedor's management will hold up the fight. Screw it, we can't do anything about it.

Btw, what's everybody's prediction for Rashad vs Rampage fight? I'm going with Rampage, but not by much maybe 65/45. He hasn't fought in a while, and I just don't like Wolflair for him.

I like rampage on this so we can see an inevitable shogun vs rampage 2. Never been a fan of Evans as that last fight he had with Silva was lackluster at best purely from a point-by-point view. He should have finished it numerous times.

Highly disappointed with Ramp's prdouctivity in the fight. He needed to finish Evans when he had the chance but didnt do anything, he was to concerned with evan's takedowns.Fight did not live up to it's expectations but hopefully Sho-Gun will hand it to Rashad.

Man, last night was CRAP for reffing...
First, Lidell was KTFO!! Congrats to Rich! It was a great first round, and it ended with a BANG!
The ref stopped a fight within 8 seconds of the final bell, and the stoppage was completely unjustified. If you saw the fight, you know what I mean. If he would have stopped it earlier in that round, possibly justified as Rory was getting mauled at that point. When he did stop it, eight seconds left, and Rory wasn't taking any real damage at all. Pathetic.
The Mac Danzig fight stoppage was utter bull ****.

The Pat Barry fight was good in the first and third rounds. The second was pretty boring. Pat Barry should have been all over Cro when he had him hurt. He didn't jump on it, and he paid the price. Excellent ending to the fight.
UFC's refs are getting worse and worse, bring back big john or let herb dean ref em all!!!
The refs don't belong to the UFC. They are part of the athletic commission, who supplies the reffing. They don't have a choice who refs each match, that's up to the commission as well.
Very disappointed Fedor lost. He should have never went down after him... that dude is a 2 time world grappler champ of course that was his game plan.
did u see Fedor entering the ring? He didn't seem like himself for some reason...:(

but I expect Werdum to get a full beating in the rematch. It is like Werdum doesn't even care and just except a rematch right away. I think this win was a master plan in the making to avenge all the BJJ that got destroyed by Fedor. I honestly believe that Werdum knows he'll get destroy in the rematch but he doesn't give a sh#t because he will forever be known as the guy that summit Fedor in less than a minute, and that BJJ will forever be the only discipline that can beat the best in the world.

props to Werdum though, stuck to his game plan and executed flawlessly. LOL Dana White is going to have a 1hr Fedor bashing on his next interview.
