Really trying my hardest not to go through leaks. I can easily stay away from story spoilers, perk stuff, map size, and other [new] gameplay aspects... it's the videos and pictures of general stuff that tempts me. Thankfully all the idiocy in the Reddit and GAF areas where those leaks are present is helping me to keep my distance. I've heard people claim that the Fallout 4 PC version is "literally terrible". It's easy to tell the grown adults and the little kids, if I had a magic lamp I'd wish them all back to the early 90s so they'd have to live through gaming graphics up to the current point.

I think tomorrow or Thursday I'll be officially pre-ordering the game. Probably tomorrow as it'll make a nice birthday gift.
I've seen a few leaked screens of some random streets, it looks far better than Fallout 3, that's for sure, and still a very pretty game.... sorta hovering around Inquisition imho, maybe a bit less. But that's to be expected given the aforementioned background work the engine does.

As for the PC crowd, they always have enb's to mess with. So no one should be complaining. If they are, they don't really deserve "PC master race" title if they aren't tinkering with crap :p
Fight it! It's Only a week away. Who knows if its bad on PC. Not going to effect me as I'll be playing on PS4.
It looks good on PC. Textures look about the same but distance stuff is obviously a lot better. Here's a PS4 shot and a PC with Ultra settings shot of the Red Rocket building. In spoilers just so they aren't taking up a lot of space.

They aren't too different, but looking at a PC shot that shows some distance, you can see a lot more detail further out than the PS4 shots.

I think too many people are also forgetting the style. I don't think Fallout 4 should even look super realistic... I like the cartoonish look (like how Dishonored didn't look super realistic). The game looks more than fine.

And as you say, they own PCs. With all the mods they will have that will make the game look photo-realistic, they shouldn't be complaining. Especially with the game is far from bad looking.

Updated Op with the following:

Details:

-Map Size:
This world map is confirmed to be almost 2-3x the size of Fallout 3 and bigger than the world map featured in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim,
around 145,800.

-File Size:
Xbox – 28.12GB, PS4 - 26.2GB

-Dialogue:

More than 111,000 lines have been recorded and that’s more lines than Fallout 3 and Skyrim had combined. You can either choose to deal with the situation diplomatically or aggressively. Some dialogue options if chosen will prevent you from going back and choosing other options

-Settlements:
We’ll get a message or notification when our settlements are under attack. If we let one of our settlements be assaulted we will lose some of our people.

-Cover System:
The Cover System is contextual. We don’t have to press any button, just walk towards the object we want to cover with (wall, car…) then when we aim we expose ourselves.

-Weapons:
Weapons will never decay, and will never require any repair.

-Stealth:
Stealth mode is quite similar to Skyrim’s but is slightly improved. There are a lot of perks in the game related to stealth and theft.

-HUD:
The color of your heads up display – HUD – will be configurable via red, green and blue sliders.

Perks:

Wow, abduo, that's a lot of spoilers. Mind putting a spoiler tag on them?

Edit: I see you've put up a tag on perks, but it didn't hide it in the tapatalk app. Thanks any way! Let's hurry on to the next page!

You got best buy there? They have a program that's $30 for two years. You get 20% off all new software. Includes CEs. I paid like 43 or something like that for F4. But they change taxes.

Worth checking into. They don't advertise it very well here. It's awesome though. Pays for itself after a few games.
