I was lucky and got the PS5 bundle from Belk today.

The copy of MM that it comes with will probably never be used, because the original made have me a headache from all the slinging.

I don't see why MM would be any different. :(

You can try and play it at 60fps,it might help.If not just sell it (or trade it with another gamer),its still new so you will be able to get another game instead.

For sure.Btw i just downloaded village. The game textures are BAD....not sure why they bothered with 4k when the textures are so low.
I guess the textures are bad because their target was the base PS4, and the upscaler isn't veryt good.

Let's hope this isn't representative of the quality of the final game...

The only problem so far with my Ps5 is the lack of internet browser.Thats really stupid and they need to fix it A.S.A.P.I wouldn't even turn on my PC for the most part if Ps5 had a proper Internet browser.

Not only that, some of the models had a quite low polygon count too. The game would probably have looked better with a bit lower resolution and higher quality textures and models instead. Resolution pretty much doesn't matter if the rest is below par, it just looks a bit sharper in higher resolution.

That doesn't bother me personally. My experience in using the built in browser on the console makes me frustrated in the same way as in using a mobile browser, everything feels dumbed down and clunky. I'd rather use a "real" browser on PC. But that's juts my personal preference.

It seems that the game shares the same textures and poly count as the Ps4 version....Pretty sure Ps5 can do better than this.We have already saw UE5 demo that is leaps and bound better than anything so far.

On a side note, the system is dead silent.....I need to press my ear on it in order to hear any sound.I thought i was hearing some faint noise from it,but it was my UPS lol

I've timed the battery life of the DualSense when playing Control, from newly charged to when it's about to die. It clocked in at just above 12 hours. This game is actually using both the haptic feedback and the adaptive triggers quite frequently. That's not that bad, imo.

Yes Its quite good.Without haptic + triggers it could easily reach at least 3 more hours....

Yeah definitely, but I don't think I personally would like to play that way. I like the extra immersion that the haptics and triggers give you. 12 hours is good enough for me. I never play even half of that in one sitting and I always charge my controller when it's down to one bar. When it's down to one bar you still have a few hours of life left in the controller.

I rarely play in BT mode....I have an extension cord and i use it wired most of the time.

So, there should be a new patch out for the PS5 today. It hadn't arrived earlier today when I started my PS5, maybe it has now. However, one of the bigger features that has been added is the ability to store PS5 games on an external drive. You can read the full patch notes here. Click the grey bar that says "System software features on the PS5 console" to see the patch notes.

Still missing two features: expandable internal storage via the NVMe slot and the ability to group your games into folders like on the PS4.

The new firmware will also update the controllers.Hopefully the weird problems that i have with the battery will be fixed....
I hope it solves your problem. Luckily I haven't had that problem with my controller.

Yeah, personally I want the internal storage patch more than this, but I guess we just have to be patient and wait. At the moment I don't have a problem with space on my internal storage, so it's not an urgent problem for me yet.

I got myself a PS5! If you guys are in need of finding one. Make sure you just find one of those drop links from social media. Make sure you buy it in time because if you don't then its gone.
Congrats! I've been trying for weeks, but as soon as the stock goes live, they sell out. I'm sure I'll have one by summer though

Hello everyone, is there any possibility of getting a PS5 by the end of the year. Do let me know and also the best place to get it.
Hopefully they will be more readily available. Best you can do is follow PS5 Stock alert twitter pages and sign up for notifications on sites like Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Gamestop, Costco, etc. Usually new stock arrives between Wednesday / Thursdays. So just have to keep an eye out. I'm also wanting to get my hands on a new console, however, I also wish Sony will announce a special edition console or one with a larger SSD soon.

Thanks a lot for replying and giving me this detailed answer.
