The Game Awards 2022 Confirmed Announcements:
- The pre-show--called TGA Opening Act--will be hosted by Sydnee Goodman and contain "awards and a dozen world premieres - including multiple new game announcements."
- New Among Us news will be unveiled during the pre-show.
- A live presentation from Final Fantasy XVI producer Naoki Yoshida
- A mystery project from 505 Games involving Michael Madsen has been confirmed for the show.
- A picture of a Tekken 8 themed package tweeted by Twitch streamer Aris--and Keighley's eye emoji reply--hint at a reveal.
- UPDATE: The official Tekken Twitter has confirmed Tekken 8's presence at the event.
- Airship Syndicate--developer of Battle Chasers: Nightwar and Ruined King: A League of Legends Story--will be revealing its new MMO, which is being co-developed by Warframe developer Digital Extremes.
- A gameplay demo of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has been confirmed by EA.
- A new trailer for Baldur's Gate 3 will be shown, as confirmed by Larian Studios.
- Thatgamecompany's Jenova Chen will be showing the new musical update for Sky: Children Of The Light--and he will be joined by Norwegian singer-songwriter Aurora.

I don't know if I have any specific games that I would like to see. But I definitely wouldn't mind if we got to see something new from one (or more) of the PS studios. Either something completely new or just a new trailer or something new from games like Spider-Man 2, Wolverine etc. If we're talking about multiplat games, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is something I'm excited about and am looking forward to see new stuff from (as promised according to the text in the OP).

Unfortunately (since I'm not a Souls fan) I think that Elden Ring will win pretty much every category it's in. Personally I wanna see Horizon Forbidden West and God of War Ragnarok win at least one each, they are amazing games and deserves it, imo.

What did you all think?
Tekken 8 im glad Jun is returning in a degree. I hope Kazuya dies but likely it won't happen. I kind of hope they can finish the story but the gameplay/graphics looks great a big step up from 7. Glad to see From Software is finally bringing back Armored Core!
Ken Levine game reveal was great a spiritual successor to Bioshock!
Got sick of the adds and muted some of the voices. Other than that pretty much what I expected with other announcements and a Death Stranding 2 reveal as well as looking forward to FFXVI

Nice to see Stray get a couple of awards. God of War: Ragnarok took home way more awards than I thought it would. I'm a little bit sad that Horizon Forbidden West didn't get anything. No surprise that Elden Ring took home GotY, I would've rather seen another game win that title personally, but as I said it's no surprise.

When it comes to games that were shown that I'm excited about or might be interested in, it's mainly these:

Judas Official Reveal Trailer

From the makers of Bioshock. Looked like it could be interesting, imo.

Star Wars: Jedi Survivor Official Gameplay Trailer

I'm really excited about this game. I really liked the first game.

DEATH STRANDING 2 Official 4K Teaser Trailer

This I'm also excited about, the first game was amazing, imo.

Diablo 4 Official Cinematic Release Date Trailer

Really cool cinematic trailer. I'm still a bit undecided about this game. I hope it's good, but some of the things I've heard about it makes me loose my interest in it, if it's true.

Horizon: Forbidden West Burning Shores Reveal Trailer

Absolutely loved the main game, so I'm really excited about this expansion.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Official Idris Elba Reveal Trailer

I liked the main game enough to want to see more of it. I hope the expansion is good.

Final Fantasy XVI "Revenge" Official 4K Cinematic Trailer

I'm not a big FF fan, as in that I'm not invested in the series, but what has been shown so far looks interesting. It's hard to tell if I'm going to like it or not.

Then we have Forspoken, that I'm a bit unsure about at the moment. Luckily they've released a demo, so now I can actually try the game out and see how it seems.
