Pokemon Sun, Moon - which are you getting?

Got both preordered cause I wasn't sure and, for once, I'm having a really hard time deciding which to keep.

I kind of prefer some forms of Pokemon Sun pokemon, but Moon has the more unique looking Legendary and it's Ultra Beast (whatever those are) doesn't look like a muscled up cockroach. No idea which way to go yet but I'm curious which version ya'll are going for?

If I get either, it would be Moon. But that's if it's released on the Switch because I don't own a 3DS right now.

Opted to get Pokemon Sun. I prefered the pokemon and I noticed I have a pattern. I always get the "first" version.

This gen seems like a nightmare for those, like myself, that like to get living dex. So many 'once a game' Pokemon this go around. Oi...


Now just waiting for amazon to stop being a bitch and ship it.

received my copy today, decided to go for the fire type kitty as my starter!

Surprisingly I got my copy but I was too busy to boot it up; and the 3DS died and around me was no free socket.. oi. Though it still annoys me I had to contact support to get the thing to move. What if they didn't upgrade my shipping speed? Would I still be waiting for it? Meh, after my current "must haves" I'm done with amazon preorders.


Plan to choose Litten(?) and then breed it when I can and hopefully get a Rowlet. Because that thing is fucking adorable.

Salandit evolves as a female, and I like the design. Vulpix and Midday-Lycanroc are why I picked Sun so I had to add them.

Almost should of picked Rowlet and just got you to breed me a litten. lol

started doing some wonder trades and after about 5-6 I swapped a alola grimer for a Rowlet

edit: just got a shiny Rockruff too, people are so generous haha

Damn you are lucky. My best is probably late game, hard-ish to get, stuff and a Litten.

Not had time to play so my party is pretty random:

EDIT:
Just GTS'd a Jangmo-o - that I got VIA Wonder Trade - for a Adamant, Female Rowlet. Feels good considering that's one of the natures I wanted, don't have to breed like a crazy person now.

Got a Rowlet in the GTS for a Popplio so hopefully that goes soon.

haha sounds good, I sometimes want pokemon to be a specific gender as well, i think it just suits them being a male or female version!

ive changed my party a few times and im not 100% happy with what i have at the moment but its currently:

Salandit needs to be female to evolve else I wouldn't care. Got a Vulpix via Wonder Trade, so now I'm breeding that for a Snow Warning, Female (because a male one is just wrong ) so I can make use of Aurora Veil.

Also you know what's stupid? They released the Magearna QR Code (check pokemon.com, I think) but you have to beat the game to claim it. Thankfully I got a few months before it expires but that's seriously stupid.
