Holy shit

Even though I have mutant blobs I don't have the three other games. What an amazing way to start off PS+ for Vita.
Said it even whilst it was for PS3-only - PS+ is the best deal in gaming. Can't wait for the update :D

US Vita freebies are simply amazing. Amongst the best games on the system...

Update also includes the following :

- Email app
- Web browser update (probably the beta one, which will become the 2nd highest browser on a dedicated gaming platform after the WiiU)
- Extra 1 GB of cloud storage
- Automatic updates
- Automatic? Trophy syncs
- Content manager improved. Able to transfer content wirelessly from/to PC
- Able to play back 1080p videos on vita
- Video supports CC now.

It's an awesome update, a lot of really cool functionality being added. The e-mail accounts are great, as is the wireless content manager. Can't wait to see what future functionality is added via FW.

Nice update and the ps+ content between the ps3 and vita is worth the cost for me right now. Nice to see some progress.

That is all nice, however, I would like to be able to play Spyro 1 and Crash Bandicoot 1 on my Vita, as well as download the DLC for Killzone Liberation
Also, it would be nice if I could backup my game saves to my PC or PS3.

It would be nice to backup just the saves, yes. Atm you have to backup the entire game bubble. So game data+saves will be backed up to PC or PS3

No, one subscription covers both PS3 and VITA.

It's a nice update. I wonder if Sony have plans to add PS2 classics to the Vita store or if we would have to transfer them ourselves.

Other than not having enough room on the memory card lol. Really though, I think you're right. Make room if need be, and at the least give it a try... which is what I'll be doing for sure.
