Resistance 2 or KZ2

I'm a big big fan of shooters. Which is better, R2 or KZ2? I can't decide which one to get.

Killzone 2 is one of my favorite shooters of all time so i'll go with Killzone 2.

The multiplayer in this games is very fun but remember that you can't play coop split-screen in this game, not even online. In Resistance 2, you can play online coop though and the game is not bad at all, it's just not much as much fun as Killzone 2 to me.

IMO, tone and design goes to KZ2. I enjoyed both games gameplay but it is largely dependent on taste.

If forced, I would choose KZ2 over R2.

KZ2 was epic ... but i loved R2 ... get both if you can

KZ2: Better campaign, better design (sound, graphics, world), Better online competitive, better difficulty (easy is easy and hard is really hard)

R2: Overall Story is maybe a little better, Has Co-op (splitscreen), Better weapons (its insomniac after all)

Killzone 2 is pribably your best bet. IMO its one of the best put together shooters ever

Resistance 2 is freaking good as well though

KZ2 for definite, tho R2 is probably pretty cheap now, quite entertaining but IMO the multiplayer in it sucks. Killzone 2 is an all round better package

I played Resistance 2 for a few weeks, then KZ2 came out and I have touched R2 once since then.

And I still think KZ2 is better than MW2, but that's just my opinion..

Killzone 2 is better for graphics, campaign mode, online multiplayer,

Resistance has co-op mode and just about better weapons.


Resistance FOM is also worth a look.

I agree, KZ2 is better in just about every way, except multiplayer then it gets close, but taking single player campaign into consideration and what the two games offer in terms of graphics and such, KZ2 is hands down the better game.
