This forum sub-section is for political news and debates. This is not a place to attack people for their ideologies or beliefs, but to share information and inform. We all know Politics can be heated, but let's keep it civil.

Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Socialists, Liberals, or Conservatives. No matter where you stand on the spectrum, all are welcome here.

When posting...Make sure your post isn't a duplicate post. Check the group to see if a thread has already been started on the topic. You can add alternate sources, Op-Eds, Videos, and other links in the comments section of the topic at hand. This helps keep the group more concise.

Lastly, to reiterate, the biggest group rule is do not personally attack members within the forum. You can attack the topic or public figure that is in discussion, but you don't need to call forum members names to convey your point. People have opposing opinions and that's fine. Just leave it at that. The purpose of the sub-section is to provide information. Please try and stick to authoritative sources (TheHill, Axios, The Atlantic, Town Hall, CNBC, Fox News, CNN, ABC, RealClearPolitics, The Economist, The Intercept, The Federalist, Bloomberg, Forbes, Financial Times, National Review, Slate, Politico, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Washington Examiner, Washington Times, NewsMax, Marketwatch, etc.). Please do not post fringe content.
