Going by the current state of HOME, I doubt it. Too much still has to be done.

Don't think it will launch with LBP, because that would kill some of the hype for either LBP or HOME. It will probably launch after LBP community starts rolling, so then Sony can focus on HOME and makes sure it has its own launch.
