With any luck, I'll be picking up my collectors edition at a midnight launch. My manager - not really my boss, but I report to him - anyway, he's one of my PS3 friends. I've already told him about November 2nd and told him I have "meetings" all day and won't be in. He asked me if he could join me for a "lunch meeting" that afternoon.

As for the game, I'll be cracking open that case, smelling that newly printed owner's manual, loading the disc and getting to work on my licenses.

If given the option of loading my GT5P save, I can't decide if I will or not.

What about you guys?

Open the disc case and pray that the there's a game in there and not a voucher to find out the real release date.

If the game is there then, RACE RACE RACE.

I may buy it, that's what I will do!

Even if I don't, though, I won't be all that different than before it released. The game isn't giving me severe anxiety problems like it seems to be doing for most people.

1) Purchase
2) Go home
3) Pop case, slide into disc slot
4) Look through all the features etc. before beginning my license brigade
5) Play until my eyes bleed, sleep maybe eat for an hour or so
6) Play until my eyes bleed, forget that it's November (hopefully) and that I have class to go to...

I'm going to jump straight into the license tests. I love those and usually try to get gold on the first few license levels, which can take a few hours. It also gives you a load of great cars to start with!

You cheaters and your GT5P saves...pffft.[/QUOTE]

How are we cheating? We earned them in GTP they weren't just given to us. Get over yourself. Its just a video game.

It was only a joke, calm down love. Could be worse, you might only be able to import 20% of them.

LMAO I'm completely calm. Like I said before its only a video game. But I have heard people on this forum be dead serious when they said that so I thought you might be one of them. Thanks for clearing that up.;)

If you transfer the 70 odd Premium cars from GT5p then you only have 125 or so still to get. That cant be good, surly it's going to take away some fun and sense of achievement?

Maybe for you. I already got the sense of achievement by earning them in GTP and getting to use them straight away in GT5 is my reward for that work.

Fair enough. I would of done the same probably had there been a 300-400 hundred premium cars but only 125 is too little for me to import the GT5p save file.

And 125 cars to start out with is plenty for me.
